The Full Pipeline

Building an AI influencer is a seven-stage discipline. Every stage requires a different skill set. I own all of them — from the first prompt to the last post.

This is not a list of tools I’ve tried. This is a repeatable, production-grade pipeline I run every week to generate, curate, and deploy content at scale across live social accounts.

Create Your Model’s Face
Designing the base character — facial structure, ethnicity, age range, and overall look. The face becomes the fixed identity that every future image must match.

Raw generations aren’t post-ready. I upscale and restore the face using dedicated enhancement nodes — sharpening detail, correcting artifacts, and ensuring the identity holds at high resolution.

Upscale the Dataset
Before training, every image in the dataset is upscaled and cleaned. Low-quality training data produces low-quality LoRA models. I process 50–200 images to the highest possible resolution before a single training step runs.

Captioning, cropping, removing outliers, and ensuring dataset diversity — varied lighting, angles, and expressions. A clean, diverse dataset is the single biggest factor in LoRA quality.

LoRA Training
The core of everything. I fine-tune a custom LoRA model on the curated dataset — encoding the character’s exact facial geometry, skin tone, and visual identity directly into the model weights. Once trained, this LoRA becomes the DNA of the influencer. Every image generated from this point is guided by it, combined with IP-Adapter and InstantID conditioning for iron-clad consistency across thousands of outputs.
